Pineapple empanadas, tasty mini hand pies with a creamy filling

Ingredients:
500 gr butter
1 cup sugar
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 tbs vanilla
1 kg flour
1\2 cup milk
Pineapple jam
Preparation:
Add sugar and a pinch of salt to butter. Add vanilla to 2 eggs and pour it in the mixer, then add flour. Mix the milk with a splash of hot water. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together. Make small individual balls with the dough and if you have a tortilla press you can use it to flatten the dough balls. Fill the empanadas with pineapple jam. Mix a splash of milk with a egg, spread on empanadas and sprinkle a pinch of sugar. Bake for 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
