Savory pastry bomb

Ingredients:
1 bell pepper, chopped;
1 onion, chopped;
4 slices cheese;
400 g (14 oz) beef, sliced into strips;
500 g (1 pound) pizza dough;
egg wash.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
Cook sliced beef for 10 minutes, remove and use the same pan (without washing) to sautรฉ bell peppers and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut pizza dough into 4 and roll each piece out to make a circle.
Place beef and vegetables in the middle of each circle and top with cheese.
Gather the ends of the dough together and brush pastry bomb with egg wash.
Bake at 180C (350F) for 25 minutes.
