Chocolate cake with almond flour: a true pleasure for the palate

Try to replace the flour with that of almonds and you will not regret.
Ingredients:
150 ml olive oil
50 g sifted cocoa
150 ml hot water
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
150 gr almond flour
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
Whipped cream (300 ml)

Directions:
Melt the cocoa in hot water, then separate the eggs with oil and vanilla essence. Then add the cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 30 minutes.
