Broccoli, ricotta and potato balls: you won't be able to stop eating them

Ingredients:
50g ricotta
1 potato
50g boiled broccoli
1 egg
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Oil
Directions:
After boiling the broccoli and the potato, put them in the mixer. In a bowl then add egg, ricotta and breadcrumbs, stir and shape the meatballs. Coat them in breadcrumbs and fry.
