Savory brioches

Ingredients:
500 g (1 pound) pizza dough;
2/3 cup ricotta;
2/3 cup mozzarella;
1 egg;
Β½ tsp dried Italian herbs.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190C/375F.
Make filling by combining ricotta cheese with mozzarella, salt and pepper.
Divide pizza dough into 7 balls and roll each one out.
Cut bottom half of the dough into strips and spread cheese filling on the top half.
Roll brioches starting from the top part and then roll to make a snail shaper bun.
Brush brioches with egg wash and sprinkle Italian herbs on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
