Pastry cones: you're sure to impress your guests!

3 ice cream cones
1 sheet puff pastry
1 egg, beaten
1 cup custard cream
2 cups dark chocolate, melted
3 small discs of sponge cake
Cut puff pastry into the strips, and cover ice cream cone with pastry strips.
Grease them with beaten eggs and bake at 425°F/220°C for 12 minutes
Fill cones with custard cream and close with sponge cake disc.
Dip pastry cones in the melted dark chocolate.
Serve with mint and cranberry.
