Crumble the cookies in a plastic bag and make an amazing dessert

The recipe to make no-bake icebox hazelnut cake with cookies and caramel, and without eggs.
Ingredients for the crust:
400g Graham crackers
180g butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
For caramel sauce:
150g sugar
150g whipping cream
50g butter
For topping:
200g hazelnut cream
100g whipping cream

Directions:
Crumble the cookies by crushing them in a bag or alternatively using a blender; put them in a container, add two or three tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix well; then pour the melted butter trying to wet all the biscuits; transfer the dough into a baking pan and spread it on the sides, then add more Graham crakers to compact. Prepare the filling, starting with the caramel sauce: melt the sugar over low heat, being careful not to let it burn; turn off the heat and add the cream at room temperature; turn the stove back on at low heat and add the butter. Melt well, then transfer the caramel sauce into a container to let it cool. Once cooled, pour it on the graham cracker base and refrigerate for about 30 minutes or alternatively in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Now prepare a sort of hazelnut cream ganache, by simply mixing it with the cream: while slowly stirring the hazelnut cream, it will absorb the whipping cream, becoming soft and velvety and ready to be spread on the cake; level with a spoon and add the hazelnuts on the edges. 10 minutes in the fridge before serving.
