Savory pie with pumpkin, potatoes and bacon to prepare for your guests

INGREDIENTS
400g potatoes
250g pumpkin
salt
2 eggs
1 glass milk
Oregano
80g bacon
200g dried mozzarella
1 roll pie crust dough
grated cheese

DIRECTIONS
Peel the potatoes, put them in water, then dice them. Do the same with the pumpkin. Brown the garlic in a pan with a little oil, then remove it. Cook the pumpkin and potatoes. In a dish, beat 2 eggs, add 1 glass of milk, salt and, if you wish, add some spices such as oregano and pepper. Cut the speck and the dry mozzarella, then go to roll out the pasta brisè. Poke holes onto the bottom with a fork, spread a first layer of mozzarella, then add the pumpkin and potatoes, pour the egg mixture made previously, then add another layer of mozzarella and bacon. Seal the sides of the cake, add a little oil, grated cheese and oregano. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
