Pan-cooked aubergines recipe

Ingredients:
2 or 3 Eggplant
large tomatoes
Smoked sliced provola
Grated cheese
salt
pepper
Parsley or parsley paté (or pesto)
Mortadella
Directions:
Cut the aubergines into slices and grill them or cook them in a non-stick pan. Prepare all the ingredients and start to create the layers, remember to add oil and salt. Finally bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes.
