French toast bake

INGREDIENTS
1can biscuit dough
1 cup strawberry, quartered

1 cup strawberry, quartered

2 cups strawberry, finely diced
½ cup sugar
EGG MIXTURE
½ cup sugar
EGG MIXTURE
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup milk

GARNISH
whipped cream
METHOD
Slice the dough into pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
In a saucepan, combine strawberry and sugar, cook until filling reaches a smooth consistency.
Beat egg mixture ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Spread the egg mixture evenly on top of the dough.
Top with strawberry filling and quartered strawberries.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 350˚F/180˚C.
Serve with whipped cream and fresh starwberry.
