1. PIZZA BREAD
INGREDIENTS
400g stale bread
1/2 glass of water
1/2 glass olive oil
salt
oregano
250g tomato puree
250g mozzarella
olive oil to flavor

DIRECTIONS
Cut the stale bread into small pieces and soak them well in oil and water. Pour the mixture in a 22 cm baking pan. Flatten to create the base for the pizza and add your toppings. We used tomato puree, mozzarella, oregano, Parmesan cheese and basil. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes and serve hot. You won’t believe how good it is!

DIRECTIONS
Cut the bread into small pieces, pour the milk over it and let it soak in the milk for a few minutes. Add the egg, salt, pepper and mix everything together. Place half of the mixture in a frying pan with oil, add the ham, cheese, cherry tomatoes, a bit of oil and oregano. Cover with the remaining bread mixture and cook 5 minutes per side.

3. Season with a little oil and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
4. Add some basil leaves and serve warm.
