Homemade Spinach Wraps: a tasty idea for your lunch

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Spanish Olive Oil
2 Cups Tightly Packed Spinach
2 Basil Leafs
1/2 Cup Spelt Flour
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Water
Filling:
3 Tbsp Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus
1 Slice Smoked Salmon
2 Tbsp Diced Onions
2 Tbsp Diced Tomatoes
Fresh Spinach
Greek Yogurt
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Directions:
Boil the spinach and then cut them with basil. Put the flour in a bowl, add spinach, oil, salt and water. Mix well and divide the dough in 4 parts, spread them and cook in a pan. Fill and roll.
