Schiacciata con l'uva (Tuscan Grape Focaccia): beautiful to see and tasty to eat

Ingredients:
Dough:
500g flour
300g water
5g fresh yeast
20g sugar
15g extra virgin olive oil
10g salt
Ingredients for fillling:
500g black grapes
55g sugar
rosemary (optional)
oil for the pan to taste
Directions:
Dough: Dissolve the yeast in warm water with olive oil and sugar. Put the flour in a bowl and pour the water. Start to knead and work until the flour is completely absorbed. Add salt and work on the plan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubling the volume.
After greasying the pan with oil, roll out the dough and put the grapes by distributing it evenly. Press the grapes and add sugar and rosemary. Cover the focaccia for 20 minutes. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
