Scalloped Potatoes and Ham: this flavors mix is so delicious

Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 ¼ cup low fat milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 (1.5lb) pottaoes, thinly sliced
2 cups diced, cooked ham
1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Melt the butter into a pan and cook the flour. Then add salt, parsley, broth and milk. Cut the potatoes and put in a baking tray. Add the ham, mozzarella and the liquid mixture. Bake at 375°F (180°) for 40-45 minutes.
