Lemon bars with blueberries: creamy and easy dessert

Ingredients:
Base:
2/3 cup unsalted butter (150 gr), soften
1/3 cup icing sugar (40 gr), sifted
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour (175 gr)
1 tbsp cornstarch
Pinch of salt

Filling:
3 eggs , room temperature
14 oz condensed milk (400 gr)
1 tbsp all purpose flour
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup blueberries (75 gr)

Directions:
In a large bowl mix sugar and butter, then add flour, cornstarch and salt. Press the mixture in a baking tray and bake at 350°F (175°) for 15 minutes.
Filling: combine eggs and condensed milk, then add the others ingredients and when the filling is creamy, pour on the base. Add blueberries and bake at 350°F (175°) for 15-20 minutes.
