Linguine with potato cream and pecorino romano: the dish that will drive everyone crazy

Ingredients:
150 grams of linguine
4 medium potatoes
5 basil leaves
2 new onions
Celery
Cheese rinds
2 slices of bacon
Olve oil
Pecorino romano
pepper in grains

Directions:
Broth: fill a pot with water and add salt, onion, celery, pepper, a little olive oil and the cheese rind. Put on the fire.
Cream: In another pot, pour 1 glass of water, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, the chopped potatoes and a few leaves of basil. Cook both mixtures for about 20 minutes.
Cook the linguine in a high pan, helping yourself with the stock (pour it in gradually). Meanwhile, mash the potatoes and brown the pork cheek. Mix everything in a pan and serve with cheese and pepper.
