Zucchini blossom fritters: an easy-to-make treat for your palate

Ingredients:
70/80g zucchini flowers
6 eggs
chopped parsley (to taste)
oil (to taste)
Salt to taste.)
flour (to taste)
Grana Padano cheese
Directions:
Crack the eggs open in a bowl, add salt and parsley, and beat. Add the cheese and mix again. Wash the chopped zucchini flowers, allow them to drain, then add them into the bowl and mix everything gently. Add the flour and stir gently. Allow the olive oil to heat up, then take some of the batter with a spoon and allow it to fry. Turn them over to finish cooking, then place on a dish with paper towel. Your fritters are ready to be served.
