Apple pie with surprise: soft, genuine and without butter

Ingredients:
3 eggs bio ambient temperature
160gr sugar
50gr organic milk
50gr corn seed oil
a teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
300gr flour 00
a sachet (16gr) baking powder
a pinch of salt
grated rind of half a lemon
a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
280gr apples
half walnut kernel
powdered sugar to taste

Directions:
Whip the eggs with the sugar, then add the milk, the oil and the vanilla extract. Then add flour, baking powder, salt and lemon. Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, take 60 grams of dough and mix it with the cinnamon. Cut the apples and pour them into the mixture, stir. In a pan with a diameter of 24 cm, pour everything and mix with the cinnamon-flavored portion. Add the walnut and bake at 356°F (180°) for 45 minutes.
