Pineapple Upside-Down cake: beautiful, easy and delicious

Ingredients:
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup packed brown sugar (
20 oz. can of pineapple slices, juice reserved
1 jar of maraschino cherries
1 box of yellow or pineapple cake mix
3.4 ounce box of vanilla (or anything flavor you like) pudding mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup of vegetable oil (or you can sub with butter- double the amount) 1/3 cup milk
Directions:
Spray the pan with nonstick spray, then pour melted butter into bottom of pan and top with brown sugar. Put the pineapple rings in half and alternating with cherries. In a bowl, combine the cake and pudding mixes. Add the pineapple juice and milk. Add the eggs and vegetable oil and mix. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350°F (170°).
