Vegan pumpkin donuts: healthy and delicious

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp raw sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
a dash of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
a pinch of nutmeg
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Cut and empty the pumpkin, then bake at 400°F (200°) for 30-35 minutes. Then blend it.
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and then add the others, pumpkin puree too. Pour the dough into the donuts tin and bake 400°F (200°) for 15-18 minutes. Then mix the donuts into sugar and cinnamon.
