Amatriciana recipe: a unique flavor that will satisfy you

Ingredients (serves 2):
200g spaghetti
2 slices pork cheek
400g tomatoes, peeled
2 tablespoons pecorino cheese
1 hot pepper
salt
Directions:
Cut the pork cheek and sauté with the pepper (this step can also be done with lard). When the pork cheek begins to melt, lower the heat and add the tomato. Cook the time required for the sauce to thicken, then remove the chilli pepper. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti and transfer it to the pan. Mix and serve with pepper and cheese.
