2 tsp of avocado oil
1 onion
Garlic
1 lb beef
1 tbsp coconut aminos
Shreded cheese
2 eggs
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 cup cream friacche
1/2 grated cheese
Spices
Olive oil
