You won't believe it, but using onions you can create something impressive for your guests. So here's a nice step-by-step tutorial to follow. Just make 4 cuts on the onions, in the areas of the onion as indicated in the pictures; then sprinkle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 220°C (440°F). Et voila, the dish is served.
