Veal Scaloppine with ham and cheese: everyone will love them

Ingredients:
500g escalopes of pork loin
50g flour
1/2 glass white wine
Sliced cheese
Ham
30g butter
Olive oil
salt
Directions:
Coat the slices of meat in flour, then pour the olive oil in a pan and melt the butter. Then brown the escalopes and add the salt. At the end of cooking, pour the white wine. Then cover with ham and cheese.
