Bread stuffed zucchini: the perfect side dish for unexpected lunches or dinners

Ingredients:
3 zucchini
3 slices of bread for sandwiches
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons milk
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Cut the zucchini and empty them (do not throw away the pulp and riutilizzatela). Then in a bowl crumble the bread and mix with salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil. Finally add some milk and stuff the zucchini. Arrange them in a pan and add a little olive oil. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
