Tiramisù cake: a delicious alternative to the famous dessert

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 gr sugar
200 gr flour
200 ml milk
120 ml oil
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon of vanillin
1 confection baking powder

Cream:
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
200 ml whipping cream
2 tablespoons of mascarpone
100 gr sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 egg yolk
1 egg white

Coffee
Preparation:
Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add flour, oil and milk. Finally add vanilla, yeast and cocoa. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 45 minutes.
Cream: whip the egg yolk with the sugar and then whipped the egg white and add. Whip the cream and mix everything adding mascarpone and vanilla.
Cut the cake in half and wet it with the coffee. Stuff with cream and cover with cocoa.
