Ultimate Meat Feast Pizza

Ingredients:
1 Kg of unlinked Italian Sausage
50g Shredded Mozzarella
1 Tomato
1 Pepper
1 Large Mushroom
100g Fresh Mozzarella
1 Tsp Dried oregano
Fresh basil leaves
Oil
Pepper
 
Instructions:
Oil a baking sheet to make it easy to slide your sausage onto the grill.
Create a spiral with the Sausage then use some soaked wooden stakes to hold it together
Place on Grill for 5-7 minutes
Whilst this is cooking slice and chop your toppings, use whatever you like.
Flip the sausage over.
Add the toppings
Cook for another 15 minutes
Add Fresh Basil leaves.
Serve and Enjoy!
