The recipe for a delicious peppers pesto: ideal for pasta

Ingredients:
1 kg of peppers
100 gr of olive oil
25 gr of fresh basil leaves
70 gr of grated cheese
40 gr of pine nuts
40 gr of peeled almonds
2 cloves of garlic
Salt

Directions:
Arrange the peppers on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200 °) in a static oven for 30-35 minutes. After putting them in a plastic bag for 15 minutes. After clean them and put in the mixer with oil. Blend and then add the other ingredients. Pour into sterilized jars and close them.
