Chicken pepper stir-fry: a simple, tasty dish

INGREDIENTS
400g chicken breast strips
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Onion, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Flour to taste
DIRECTIONS
Brown the chopped onion in a pan, with olive oil and a little water. Cut the peppers into small pieces, then add them to the pan; let them cook over a low heat for about 40 minutes with a pinch of salt and pepper. Meanwhile, flour the chicken strips and add them to the peppers. Leave in the pan until the meat is cooked.
