The ingredients are: 3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup puffed rice, one and a half cup peanut butter, 1 cup honey. Melt honey and peanut butter over a low heat, then mix everything with the cereals and place the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and your quick, tasty snack is ready!
