A delicious summer idea: how to make ice cream-filled brioches

Here is the recipe to make delicious brioches and eventually fill them with ice cream.
ingredients:
2 eggs
80g sugar
Orange and lemon juice, half a coffee cup
a tablespoon honey
a cube fresh yeast
200ml milk
After mixing everything, add a teaspoon of salt and 75g softened butter, 200g flour, 400g all-purpose flour, and knead.
After kneading it, let it rise for half an hour. Then extend the dough, make 75-gram pieces that serve for the brioche base and make the "bun" with 15 grams balls.
After making them, brush with milk and leave to rise for 2 hours. At the end of the leavening bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20/25 minutes.
