Banana chocolate roll: a yummy dessert that your whole family will love

Ingredients
For the dough:
100g all-purpose flour
30g cocoa powder
4 eggs
150g granulated sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (to sprinkle)
Butter (to grease the pan)
Flour (for the pan)

For filling:
Bananas
Chocolate Chantilly
180g dark chocolate
250ml double cream
150ml milk
50g powdered sugar

Directions:
Start from the roll dough. In a bowl, beat the eggs for a few seconds with the whisk, then pour the granulated sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk until mixture is puffy and clear. Mix well flour and cocoa powder in a bowl, then sieve it on the egg mixture a little at a time, stirring slowly and very gently with a spatula from the bottom up, preventing it from breaking apart. Spread the mixture on the pan lined with parchment paper, bake in an already hot oven at 220°C (440°F), for 7 minutes. After preparing the chocolate cream, use it to fill the roll with the bananas and close everything as shown in the video.
