Deviled potatoes: a great variant that everybody will fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS
12 egg yolks
12 egg yolks
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon mustard
12 baby potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Chives
METHOD
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, season with salt and pepper.

Cook baby potatoes in salted water until tender; cut in halve lengthwise.
Pipe the yolk mixture on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with paprika and chives.
