How to make a perfect French omelet

Making a French omelette in a perfect way is not easy, but following these small tips you can succeed almost immediately. You only need two eggs a bit of salt and a little oil. Cok the eggs over a low flame and continuously stir with a wooden spoon. When cooking is almost complete, cook the part that sticks to the pan, fold it as explained in the video and then seal it. Only when you serve it, your omelet will be well cooked on the outside and will remain creamy on the inside.
