Potato flower cups: the blooming idea to amaze your guests!

Ingredients:
3 potatoes, peeled;
Β½ cup cheese, shredded;
6 small eggs;
3 slices bacon, cooked;
salt and pepper.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 C/400 F. Grease cupcake tin with some vegetable oil.
Using mandolin slice potatoes inti thin slices. Arrange potato slices in a cupcake tin as shown in the video. Sprinkle some cheese into each cup.
Bake for 10 minutes. Add chopped bacon and an egg into each cup. Bake at 300 F/ 150 C for 15 minutes.
