Pour the batter in a special mold: the result is fresh, original and yummy

Ingredients:
3 eggs
500 gr mascarpone
250 g whipping cream
Coffee
Cookies
4 gr jelly
150 gr sugar

Silicone cubes mold
Directions:
Whip the cream, then add the egg yolks and sugar separately. Always whip the egg whites apart using the whisk. Hydrate the gelatine in cold water and then dissolve it in hot water. Add the mascarpone to the beaten egg yolks, then add the cream. Finally add the egg whites and jelly. Mix everything.
In the mold pour the cream and alternate with the biscuits dipped in coffee. Frozen for one night, then serve with cocoa.
