Bread lasagna: an alternative version of the tasty dish

Ingredients:
150ml milk
1 egg
White bread
500 g of béchamel sauce
all-purpose flour to taste
sautéed mushrooms to taste
150g provolone cheese
150g ham
Grated cheese
150ml milk

500 g of béchamel sauce
all-purpose flour to taste
sautéed mushrooms to taste
150g provolone cheese
150g ham
Grated cheese
Directions:
Beat egg and milk, then spread the slice of bread, dip it first in the liquid mixture and then coat in the flour. Repeat the procedure for each slice. Form the various layers alternating white sauce, white bread, mushrooms, ham and provolone. Finally bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
