Potato and mushroom "boats": a tip to prepare a side dish quickly

Ingredients:
4 big potatoes
400 gr mushrooms
Salt
Black pepper
120 ml cream
Shredded cheese
Directions:
Clean and cut the potatoes and the mushrooms. Put the potato slice in a parchment paper. Add salt, pepper and cream. Cover with mushrooms and cheese. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 3 minutes.
