Baked eggplant cordon bleu: a no fry treat for your palate

Ingredients for 6 people:
3 Eggplant
Stringy cheese (to taste)
Sliced ham (to taste)
Breadcrumbs (to taste)
5 eggs
Flour (to taste)
salt
pepper
Directions:
Cut the aubergines into slices, then stuff them with cheese and ham and coat them in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Arrange them on a baking pan and add a little oil. Bake at 200°C (400°F) (preheated oven) for 20 minutes.
