Pour the milk into an ice tray… the reason is brilliant!
INGREDIENTS
milk
coffee
2 tsp sugar
milk

DIRECTIONS
1. Pour the milk into an ice tray and freeze it.
2. In the meantime, dissolve the sugar into the hot coffee and let it cool.
3. Blend the frozen milk with the coffee.
4. Blend it for a couple of minutes, dust with cocoa powder and serve.
