Put the cookies in the blender, then decorate with Nutella: a very special cake

Ingredients for the base:
200g of chocolate cookies
80g butter
Ingredients for the cream:
400ml vegetable cream
500g coconut yogurt
vanilla extract
15g gelatin leaves + 100ml milk
To decorate:
100g hazelnut cream
200g of chocolate cookies

To decorate:

Directions: Blend the chocolate cookies and then prepare the dough as shown in the video; refrigerate for 4 hours until firm, then decorate with strips of nutella before returning to the fridge for another 30 minutes; then remove it from the mold, remove the parchment paper and transfer it onto a serving plate: now you can finally enjoy it.
