Canned meat and vegetables: a tip to cook them quickly

Ingredients:
500 gr lamb
Spring onion
Tomatoes
Green pepper
Butter
Salt
Garlic
Oregano
Glass jars
Aluminum foil
Directions:
Mix the ingredients and put them into the glass jars. Add garlic and butter and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 450° F(220°) for 40 minutes.
