Stuffed and delicious pizza shells: one pulls the other

Ingredients:
Pizza dough (600gr)
200 gr ricotta
Cherry tomatoes
Parsley
300 gr diced cheese
salt
pepper
1 egg

Preparation:
In a bowl, put all the ingredients for the filling and mix. Then roll out the dough and cut some disks. Stuff them and close them like shells. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 40 minutes.
