Homemade piadina (Italian flatbread) cooked in a pan: a simple, tasty recipe

Ingredients:
500g flour
250ml water
50ml extra virgin olive oil
10g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Stuffing:
Prosciutto
Crescenza cheese

1 teaspoon salt

Arugula
Directions:
In a planetary mixer, crumble the yeast and then pour the water. Add the sugar and stir. Then add olive oil and flour (gradually). Finally add the salt. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Then form small cakes (100g each). Roll out and make holes with a fork. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Stuff and serve.
