Tiramisù cheesecake: fresh, easy and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
175 gr dried biscuits
100 gr melted butter
Cream:
Coffee
Ladyfingers or similar
1 egg
1 yogurt
2 tablespoons of sugar
125 ml cream
250 gr mascarpone
5 g of gelatine to be dissolved

5 g of gelatine to be dissolved
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Crush them on the bottom of a cake tin. And refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cream: start to whisk egg and sugar, then add mascarpone. Then add yogurt. Finally whipped cream, jelly and coffee.
Pour on the base alternating with the ladyfingers soaked in coffee.
In the fridge to make the whole thing and then decorated with cocoa.
