200g spinach
200g ricotta

DIRECTIONS
1. To make the filling, combine the spinach and ricotta, add some crescenza cheese and seasoning.
2. Clean the salmon fillets and make a cut in the center.
3. Fill them with the ricotta and spinach mixture and cook them in a pan with a bit of olive oil, butter, and lemon juice.
