Tomato eggs

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (diced)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 can crushed tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp dried oregano
5 eggs
 

METHOD
Heat oil in the pan then add onion and fry till it’s cooked through.
Add garlic and cook it for a few minutes before adding the crushed tomatoes.
Now it is time to add the spices.
Cook the sauce for 15 minutes.
Add eggs on top of the sauce and put it in oven an 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
