Carrot cake: a healthy and tasty dessert with a delicate flavor

Ingredients:
3 eggs
100g caster sugar
40g brown sugar
Vanilla extract to taste
100ml seed oil
300g carrots
150g all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Salt to taste.
150g almonds

Directons:
Add the eggs to the sugar, then add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and seed oil. Then add the grated carrots and mix slowly. Add the baking powder, a pinch of salt and the chopped almonds to the flour. Combine the two mixtures, then pour into a pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes.
