Pie with ham and smoked cheese: a tasty recipe

Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
250g semolina flour
300ml water
10ml olive oil
12 gr fresh yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
Filling:
200g smoked cheese
150g ham
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:

2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water, then put the sugar. Then add the oil and the flours. Finally add the salt, form a dough and let rise for 2 hours (covered with plastic wrap or cloth). Then divide the dough into two parts, roll out and place in a pan. Fill and cover with the second part. Brush with olive oil and bake at 250°C (500°F) for 20 minutes.
