Cinnamon Coffee Cake with Pecan Streusel: a soft and crunchy dessert

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp sea salt
Wet Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1/2 canola oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon mix:
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Topping:
5 tbsp unsalted butter
6 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 cup pecans
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and in a separate bowl combine wet ingredients. Add brown sugar to cinnamon. Separetely add butter to brown sugar, cinnamon, fklour, sea salt and pecans. Add dry ingredients to wet mix and mix it. Spread half batter into a pan and sprinkle cinnamon mix. Top with remaining batter then sprinkle pecans mix on top. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from pan and let it cool. Cut into slices.
